Relationships

Our relationships are a primary aspect of our lives. We can affirm each others sense of who we are and instil a sense of belonging. We can be energised and entertained by each other. We can inspire each other to progress and achieve. However, relationships can be flexible and adapt to change or they can be rigid. Accepting our relationships as dynamic and changing, rather than static and rigid, while maintaining our boundaries, can assist us to maintain these relationships which are so important in our lives.
